All wedding events will either be within walking distance of recommended hotels/airbnbs or there will be transportation provided.
We encourage you to explore the island while you're visiting. The best way to get around is via rental car but taxis and Uber in Palma are easily accessible.
If you wish to explore Soller (a must see in our opinion) there is a train that goes from Palma to the town of Soller. From there, there is a cable car that will take you down to Port de Soller so no car is needed!

Soller: (45 minutes from Palma) A typical old Mediterranean town, Sóller is made up of narrow streets lined with traditional style residential townhouses with the famous green Mallorcan shutters. The main square, Plaça Constitució, has plenty of cafes where you can enjoy a fresh orange juice or coffee, and the area comes alive on Saturdays when the local market takes place. You can take the vintage tram that runs to and from Palma and Sóller (1 hour ride) . More info here and here.
Port de Soller: (45 minutes from Palma) This picturesque village situated in a large horseshoe bay is the port of the town of Soller (about 3km away). The bay is bordered by a sandy beach, lined by a pedestrianised promenade with plenty of cafes and restaurants. More info here.
Deia: (40 minutes from Palma) Perched in a ravine at the foot of the Teix mountain, with views out to the Mediterranean below, Deià has long been a magnet for famous artists, writers and other creative people. There are a few interesting small boutiques, galleries and shops in the village, and plenty of places to eat and drink – including Michelin-starred Es Racó d’Es Teix. It’s worth taking time to stroll around, admiring the sympathetically restored old stone houses nestling in narrow alleys. More info here and here.
Cala Deia: (40 minutes from Palma) Cala Deià is a tiny, rocky cove beach with clear water just outside of the much loved mountain village of Deia, in the heart of the Tramuntana mountains in the northwest of Mallorca. The beach is only about 70-meters long and is mostly small pebbles and large rocks, so the real attraction is the chilled-out vibe and food at Ca’s Patro March. Note that it is a very narrow and windy road down to the beach, many recommend walking versus driving. More info here.
